PLEASE NOTE POLICIES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

By purchasing an item from Crystalis Creations, you are agreeing to the following:

PROCESSING TIME:

Processing time does not include shipping time. Please review turnaround time (TAT) before placing your order to ensure you receive your item on time. Turnaround times are based on my current workload and does not include weekends and/or holidays. If an order is placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday please know that the turn around time starts on the next business day.

TURNAROUND TIME (TAT):

Our current turnaround time is 5 - 6 weeks (does not include weekends and/or holidays) for all custom orders.  

Ready to Ship(RTS): 

The turnaround time is 3-5 days with no personalization and 5-7 business days with personalization (not including weekends and holidays).

When placing orders, please do not purchase an RTS item together with MTO or custom items because of the significant difference in turn around times. If you do, all items will be shipped together upon completion. 

Unfortunately, daily/regular order updates cannot be sent due to the time it takes. Please feel free to email me at  email me crystaliscreations@gmail.com if you should have any questions.

SHIPPING:

Orders are shipped via USPS  and are subject to change during the holiday season. Shipping takes anywhere from 1-3 business days depending on where you are located in the US. This does not include holidays, Sundays or any other delays regarding whether/USPS delays. Tracking is included and will be provided to you. I am not responsible for packages once it is in the hands of USPS. Please make sure to double check your shipping address. I can not be held responsible for address incorrections on your end. Should there be any damages during shipping, please reach out to me with photos within 48 hours.  No exceptions. Shipping time is not the same as turn around time. USPS has had an overload in packages due to COVID19 and may be delayed.

RETURN POLICY:

All orders are FINAL. We do not offer returns, exchanges or cancellations. We reserve the right to decline any orders.

PLEASE NOTE:

All items are handmade, so they may have small imperfections or tiny specs of glitter on non-glitter cups. No two cups will look alike.

Custom orders take time to design and create. To prevent any errors or mistakes from happening, changes may only be made within the first 48 hours of placing your order.
